概要
移民・難民・市民権カナダ（IRCC）はエクスプレス・エントリーで、フランス語カテゴリーの抽選を行い、6,000名に招待状（ITA）を発行しました。カットオフはCRS399点で、400点を下回りました。今回の対象は、2025年8月24日協定世界時（UTC）23時43分までに候補者プロフィールを作成している応募者でした。直近3週間で2回目の仏語抽選となり、この2回で累計12,000件以上のITAが仏語話者に発行されています。仏語カテゴリーは今年の発行数をけん引しており、9回の抽選で累計48,000件のITAが出ている状況です。2025年のエクスプレス・エントリーにおけるITA総数は本日時点で117,998件です。今回の抽選は12月に入って6回目で、12月16日のCEC（カナダ就労経験クラス）、12月15日のPNP（州指名プログラム）、12月11日の医療・ソーシャル分野の職種別抽選に続く実施でした。
