今回のCEC抽選結果
移民・難民・市民権カナダ（IRCC）は、Express Entryでカナディアン・エクスペリエンス・クラス（CEC）候補者に対し、5,000件の招待状（ITA）を発行しました。
今回の抽選で選考対象になるには、総合ランクシステム（CRS）スコアが515点以上で、2025年9月9日（UTC）18時58分までにExpress Entryのプロフィールを作成している必要がありました。
CECとしては2週連続の抽選で、この2週間で合計11,000件のITAが出ています。通常は隔週で実施されますが、今回の実施は変則的でした。CRSのカットオフは2025年のCECとして最も低く、これまでの最少は518点でした。
12月の動きと累計状況
12月はこれで5回目のExpress Entry抽選でした。直前には12月15日に州推薦プログラム（PNP）、12月11日に医療・ソーシャルサービス分野、12月10日には過去16か月で最大規模のCEC抽選が行われています。
2025年はこれまでに、Express Entryで合計111,998件のITAが発行されています。抽選はPNPが中心で、残りはCEC、フランス語能力、優先職種カテゴリー（医療・ソーシャルサービス、教育、技能職など）に配分されています。
