IRCCの2025年処理計画: 永住申請の在庫状況と待ち時間一覧

2025年に全件処理される経路

移民・難民・市民権省（IRCC）は、永住権の一部の経路について2025年中に申請在庫をすべて処理する計画です。対象は次のとおりです。

• Express Entryの各プログラム（CEC、FSWP、FSTP）です。
• Express Entryと連動する強化PNP（Enhanced PNP）です。
• 連邦のコミュニティ・パイロット（RCIP、FCIP、RNIP）です。
• ケベックの熟練労働者系（PEQ、パイロット、PSTQ）です。

2025年は一部のみ処理される経路と割合

下記の経路は在庫の一部のみを2025年に処理します。割合は経路ごとに異なります。

Express Entry（CEC／FSW／FSTP）

2025年に全在庫を処理します。

過去1年の処理待ち（月）です。

PNP（州ノミネーションプログラム）

Express Entryと連動する強化PNPは在庫を全件処理します。非連動のベースPNPは在庫の35%のみ処理します。

ケベック（熟練・ビジネス）

ケベックの熟練労働者系（PSTQ、PEQ、各パイロット）は2025年に在庫を全件処理します。ケベックのビジネス系（投資家、起業家、自営業）は在庫の3%のみ処理します。

大西洋移民プログラム（AIP）

2025年は在庫の33%を処理します。

IRCCは「カナダ国外の申請者」向けHCWPの受付を終了しており、2025年に新たなケアギバー在庫は増えにくい見込みです。

連邦コミュニティ・パイロット（RCIP／FCIP／RNIP）

2025年に残りの在庫を全件処理します。
