今回のドロー概要
IRCCはエクスプレス・エントリー（EE）の技能職カテゴリで招待を実施し、1,250名にITA（永住権申請招待）を発行しました。今回は2025年で初めての技能職向け選考でした。直近の同カテゴリは2024年10月23日以来で、その際のカットオフはCRS433でしたが、今回はCRS505まで上がりました。選考間隔が長く、候補者が積み上がったことが主な要因です。EEの各カテゴリでCRS500超のカットオフは多くありませんが、今回はより選抜的な結果になりました。

2025年のEEを通じたITAは累計61,047件です。年内はPNP中心に進み、残りはCEC、フランス語能力、優先職種カテゴリで配分されています。

公開されたATIP情報によると、IRCCは2025年後半に技能職カテゴリで合計3,300件のITA発給を見込んでいます。予定は当局の判断で変更されますが、この見通しが維持される場合、年末までに残り2,050件が追加で発給される計算になります。
