ユーコン州の2026年指名枠

ユーコン州ノミニー・プログラム（YNP）の2026年の指名枠は282件です。最初の受付開始日は1月19日です。2026年の運用方針はおおむね前年を引き継ぎつつ、一部で重点が追加されています。

2026年の優先対象

YNPは、州内の人手不足を埋める人材や、ユーコン州に強い関わりがある人を優先します。特に、規制対象の医療職が最優先です。次の条件のいずれかに当てはまる人も優先されます。

• ユーコン州で1年以上の居住と就労の実績がある人
• ユーコン大学の卒業生
• フランス語話者（フランコフォン）
• 2024年または2025年に一時措置のサポートレターを受け取った人

州は地方部の人手不足を重視しており、地方の雇用主からの申請を優先します。

2024年または2025年に一時措置のサポートレターを受け取った人は、EOI（関心表明）の提出は不要です。州から直接連絡が届き、申請の手順が案内されます。

受付スケジュールと選考方法

YNPは雇用主主導の制度です。雇用主がオンラインEOIを提出し、支援したい外国人の基本情報を入力します。2026年は次の2回の受付があります。

• 第1回：1月19日〜1月30日
• 第2回：7月6日〜7月17日

2026年の優先方針に明確に合うEOIにはポイントが加算されます。2025年にEOIを出したものの招待されなかった雇用主にも加点があります。各受付でスコアが高い雇用主が申請招待を受けます。

過去との比較

282件という枠は、連邦政府が増枠を認めた2025年8月以降の水準（当初215件から67件上乗せ）と同じです。

一方で、2024年の指名枠430件と比べると、2026年は約34％少ない水準です。連邦政府は2026年のPNP関連の永住受け入れ目標を引き上げていますが、ユーコン州が2026年に追加枠を求めるかは未定です。

なお、2025年は割り当てが282件だったにもかかわらず、実際には312人を指名しました。
